Anchor Foods buys and sells obsolete ingredients and raw materials.  We buy in-code ingredients that are discontinued or reformulated from production.  We also buy distressed ingredients that are off-spec, short coded or expired.   

We offer a discrete and efficient service to liquidate troubled inventories.  We work diligently to keep our clients' identities confidential.  Our products can be placed in both the food and animal feed markets.  

We are capable of moving all types of ingredients like sweeteners, cheese, butter, eggs, meat, chocolate, cocoa, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, frozen fruit, frozen vegetables, juice concentrates, spices, milk powders, food grade chemicals and many others.
